User Submissions must not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and necessary permissions must be obtained before uploading such content. Users must comply with all applicable laws.
5. Content Backups
Although regular backups of Content are performed, we do not guarantee that there will be no loss or corruption of data. Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed. We will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. However, You acknowledge that we have no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

6. Services
- The Company operates the online platform teamseafarers.in to increase visibility of Marine Institute courses nationwide, allowing seafarers to view and reserve courses seamlessly. The platform provides detailed course information, including descriptions, schedules, fees, and prerequisites.
- TRSPL endeavors to ensure service availability without undue disruption, but is not responsible for harm resulting from content use, viewing, or downloading. Users must take necessary precautions against viruses and other harmful content.

- The Subscription Fee paid by the User is non-refundable.
- TRSPL reserves the right to revise the Subscription Fees and service charges without prior notice. Users must pay the revised amount upon notification.
8. Teamseafarer Rights and Platform Availability
- TRSPL may suspend, terminate, or reject your registration to comply with legal requirements.
- TRSPL reserves the right to remove users and User-generated Content if platform terms are violated.
- TRSPL may modify or terminate services at any time without notice.
- TRSPL may access accounts for technical support, security, or legal reasons.
- TRSPL has no obligation to monitor content but may act upon violations.
9. Code of Conduct
Usage of User Information

17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute between you and TRSPL, the same shall be amicably settled between the Parties. If any dispute is not settled amicably, the same shall be referred to the sole arbitrator to be appointed by both the Parties. The award given by the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on both the Parties. The language of Arbitral Proceedings shall be English. This arbitration shall be governed by The Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 and the place of arbitration shall be at Bangalore.
18. Governing Law
These Terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian Laws and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Bangalore.
19. Fees and Costs
You and TRSPL agree that each party will bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees in the event of a dispute, provided, however, that either party may recover fees and costs to the extent permitted by applicable law. If a court or an arbitrator determines that an arbitration has been brought or threatened in bad faith, or that the demand was frivolous or asserted for an improper purpose, the court or arbitrator may, to the fullest extent permitted by law, award attorneys’ fees to the party defending against the claim just as a court could.
If either party believes that the other has initiated an arbitration in violation of this Dispute Resolution Agreement, if such an arbitration is threatened, or if either party has reason to believe an improperly commenced arbitration is imminent, the party against whom the arbitration has been or will be initiated may seek an order from a court of competent jurisdiction enjoining the arbitration from being filed or continued, and awarding its fees and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with seeking the order.

21. Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall be the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when we add new features), and TRSPL reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time with or without notice. If we make any material change, we will notify you using prominent means, such as by email notice sent to the email address specified in your account or by posting a notice through our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise.
Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.

These Terms of Use contain the entire understanding of the Parties, and there are no other written or oral understandings or promises between the Parties with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Use other than those contained or referenced in these Terms of Use.
